Who we are

Source Commons Inc. (Montréal, Québec, Canada) runs Contribase and is responsible for your personal information.

What we collect

When you request access or an integration: your email, your organization, your CRM tool, your language and the date.

We use them only to answer you and to decide which CRM connectors to build first. This is a step you ask us to take, before any contract.

We keep them for up to 2 years after our last exchange, then delete them.

Visit measurement

Only if you click "Accept", we measure visits with PostHog (pages viewed, browser, approximate country). No recording of your screen, no advertising.

Your choice is kept for 13 months. You can change it at any time with the "Cookies" button at the bottom of each page.

Cookies and storage

"locale" cookie: remembers the language you chose (1 year). Needed for the site to work.

"cb_consent" in your browser: remembers your visit measurement choice (13 months).

PostHog storage: only after you accept.

Who processes your data

Supabase stores the requests in Canada (Montréal).

Cloudflare hosts the site, protects the forms against robots (Turnstile) and delivers our emails. To do so, it processes technical data such as your IP address.

PostHog measures visits from the United States, only with your consent. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, get a copy of it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@contribase.com: we answer within 30 days.

You can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or, in Europe, with your data protection authority.
